Having initially started his working life in the sports industry Andy has set up and managed a number of online businesses over the past 10 years. Andy's experience lies in all aspects of starting up and running an online business from creating mobile apps and websites to online marketing. In 2011 Andy was part of a team of three to launch Tablish Ltd which specialises in creating mobile applications for the publishing industry. Tablish has grown over the past 4 years and clients include The RFU, The Church of England and AFC Bournemouth. He has worked on a wide range of custom web and mobile applications as a Technical Project Manager ensuring the projects are delivered to a high standard and within the timeframes. Along with a good technical knowledge base Andy also possesses excellent communication and business development skills. Outside of work Andy is a member of The Professional Golfers Association and is a keen Marathon and Ultra Marathon runner.
Having always imagined creating products as a child the exposure to Computer Programming, BASIC and WordStar on a DOS PC at an early age had helped CMelvin catch the IT highway that gave him the opportunity to travel around the world before eventually settling in UK and becoming a British citizen, CMelvin created the world's first anonymous social network in 2012 for which he got a US patent pending, Ripplear is his brainchild, a unique patented algorithm unlike any in the current market place. CMelvin has experience developing and managing major IT projects for major banks, insurance and retail companies all around the world. Outside work CMelvin is an active member of Church of England and is an ardent reader of non-fictional books. In spare time he also plays Tennis and loves to workout.
